Former Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC OMZ.

“OMZ Group is strategically important for the Bank. The development of the Group, including new lines of business, is one of our key priorities. For the successful solution of the set tasks, it was decided to form a new composition of the Board of Directors of OMZ PJSC, Karen Karapetyan was elected Chair of the Board of Directors," said Tigran Khachaturov, Deputy Chair of the Board of Gazprombank.
