A Moscow court has arrested the fourth participant in a mass brawl between Armenians and Azerbaijanis, the court's spokesperson told RIA Novosti.
The court chose a preventive measure against an Azerbaijani citizen in the form of detention until September 24.
Earlier, the court arrested three participants in the fight. All of them are charged with hooliganism.
