A tragic incident took place Tuesday in Shirak Province of Armenia.
At around 10:50am, the police received a call that there was a man's dead body on a street in Gyumri, shamshyan.com reported.
The police found out that the deceased was Manvel H., 65, a resident of Gyumri, who was carelessly run over while in reverse while doing road construction on this street with an excavator.
