The new Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with the US Ambassador Lee Litzenberger and announced Baku's readiness for talks on Karabakh.
According to him, Azerbaijan is a supporter of the continuation of talks on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
These talks should not have the character of imitation, but should be substantive, Interfax-Azerbaijan reported referring to the MFA press service.
