YEREVAN. – The National Center for Crisis Management of Armenia on Sunday received a report that a person was spotted drowning in Lake Sevan, reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The frogmen who were dispatched to the scene retrieved the dead body of Norayr M. (born in 1990) from the lake.
