Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to appoint Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan as the government representative while discussing at the National Assembly the government's decision to extend the current state of emergency in Armenia and to make amendments and additions to the government's respective decision.
To note, Avinyan is also commandant of the current state of emergency due to the COVID-19 situation in Armenia.
