Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia Gabriel Balayan today introduced the personnel of the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense to newly appointed Chief of the Military Police, Colonel Ashot Zakaryan, who used to hold the position of Head of the Division of the Military Police in Vanadzor, as reported the news service of the Ministry of Defense.

Balayan expressed confidence that appointing Colonel Zakaryan to this position will help make the joint efforts of the Military Police and military units effective and prevent defective phenomena in the armed forces.
