Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin Tuesday informed that Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak has tested positive for COVID-19, TASS reports.
“Unfortunately, Alexander Novak has tested positive for COVID-19. Let’s wish him health,” Mishustin said during the session of the governmental commission on socio-economic development in the Far East.
The Ministry of Energy clarified that the minister is asymptomatic, feels well and plans to participate in the OPEC+ Monitoring Committee’s session on August 19, the ministry’s spokesperson informed.
