The third president of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, compared the political agreement between Armenia and Artsakh, prepared after the April war, but not accepted, with the Iskander's shot.
"The agreement was ready and was in the appropriate institution. I think that the signing of such an agreement will be like information or diplomatic Iskander shot. Therefore, it must be signed at the proper time, so as not to create an additional threat. I am sure there will be a need for it," he said.
