Ambassador of Armenia to the Federative Republic of Brazil Arman Hakobyan presented his Letters of Credence to President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Jair Bolsonaru at the Palacio do Planalto presidential palace.

The ceremony of handing of letters of credence was followed by the talks between Arman Hakobyan and Jair Bolsonaro attended by the country’s foreign minister, general secretary for international relations and several high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Touching upon the bilateral relations, the interlocutors agreed that there is significant potential and underscored the importance of full use of that potential. President Bolsonaro also praised the Armenian community of Brazil and stated that it can serve as a serious impetus for further rapprochement between the two countries.

Ambassador Hakobyan also left a note in the book of guests of honor at the presidential palace.
