YEREVAN. – Past daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: According to Past newspaper’s information, the attitude of the West—particularly of the US—towards the RA authorities has recently changed considerably, in negative way, as they no longer see that force and leader—in the person of [PM] Nikol Pashinyan—who can implement American policy in the region.

According to our sources, certain steps have been taken in recent days through diplomatic channels, which in the near future will have a direct impact on the internal political processes in Armenia. According to our information, a discussion took place the other day, where the requirements necessary to start the process were set out with clear points.

Accordingly, at the present stage, the US is trying to coordinate the political forces operating in Armenia’s domain, whose ideas and approaches are close to its policy—to one degree or another.

By the way, the social network users with a clear Western orientation, who had madly supported Nikol Pashinyan still two years ago, have completely reconsidered the political "line" during the last month and are circulating rather harsh critical posts.
