STEPANAERT. – President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly (NA), Artur Tovmasyan, on Friday signed a memo on the termination of the powers of Vahe Balayan as a member of the Audit Chamber; this was reported by the NA media and public relations department.
On August 14, Tovmasyan had announced Balayan's resignation in the aforesaid capacity.
