An emergency occurred in Shirak Province of Armenia, shamshyan.com reported.

Gyumri resident Artur N., 29, had climbed to the roof of their building and announced that he would thrown himself down in 30 minutes.

But thanks to the explanatory work of the rescuers and the police who arrived at the scene, Artur N. decided not to jump off, after which he was taken to a police station.

Arthur N. stated that he wanted to commit suicide, and the reason was the heads of the aforesaid police station.

The police are preparing a report on the incident.
