US deputy secretary of state Stephen Biegun will visit Moscow next week to discuss Belarus - among other issues, Russian deputy FM Sergei Ryabkov told RIA Novosti.
The Belarusian issue will be considered, but the agenda of his consultations is much broader - a whole range of other issues, including various aspects of Russian-American bilateral relations.
