The court hearing over the case of judge of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan has been postponed since the Prosecutor General’s Office hasn’t properly delivered the indictment (approved under the case) to Tovmasyan. Tovmasyan’s attorney Mihran Poghosyan confirmed the news during a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.
