World oil prices are fluctuating Tuesday morning, and trading data attest to this, RT reported.
Accordingly, the WTI oil futures for October have dropped 0.38 percent to $42.46 a barrel.
But the Brent oil futures for October supplies have gone up 0.02 percent to $45.14 a barrel.
