Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to President Luis Lacalle Pou of Uruguay on the latter’s of Independence Day anniversary.

The message says, in particular, that the Armenian-Uruguayan relations have a solid foundation, due to which a sincere dialogue and effective cooperation have been formed between the two countries.

Also, Pashinyan expressed the hope that they will achieve new successes in the friendly relations established between Armenia and Uruguay—and for the benefit of the welfare of the two peoples.
