Today, I have approved a government decision to dismiss Artyom Saribekyan, the head of the administration of Kashatagh Region. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan on Tuesday wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"And the reason is not following my instruction—by abusing his official position, hiring his son to the staff of the administration under his subordination.

"I am appealing to high-ranking state officials again: I will be persistent in the fulfillment of all my instructions, and your task is only to serve the Homeland in good faith. Otherwise, there will be no frames to work together," Haroutyunyan added.
