Seven unexploded projectiles are found in Armenia community (PHOTOS)

YEREVAN. – Specialists from the Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise of Armenia have been cleaning the Mayakovski community of Kotayk Province since August 18, the center reported.

The purpose of the work is to clear the area of ammunition left over from past explosions due to fires at military bases.

As a result of the work done, seven unexploded projectiles were found, and all of them have been destroyed.

After the completion of the work, the area will be officially handed over to the local self-government bodies.
