Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan Sergey Lavrov and Jeyhun Bayramov thoroughly discussed the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in Moscow today.

“We rather thoroughly discussed the settlement. It is important to ensure the atmosphere necessary for sustainable negotiations. However, these are negotiations for settlement, not just negotiations,” Lavrov said, adding that the Russian Federation will do everything it can to create such conditions at the national level and as a co-chairing country of the OSCE Minsk Group.
