My good friend Jean-Marc Lavest, Rector of the French University in Armenia, concluded his tenure today; education, science, culture and sports minister Arayik Harutyunyan on Wednesday wrote this on his Facebook page.
"In this regard, I have awarded him the gold medal of the Ministry for his great contribution to Armenian-French relations," Harutyunyan added.
