World oil prices are fluctuating Thursday morning, and trading data attest to this, RT reported.
Accordingly, the WTI oil futures for October have dropped 0.05 percent to $43.37 a barrel.
But the Brent oil futures for October supplies have gone up 0.33 percent to $45.79 a barrel.
