YEREVAN. – Members of the "Alternative" NGO of Armenia are protesting in front of the main building of the government on Thursday.

With this demonstration, they are protesting against the government which, according to them, has failed the fight against COVID-19 in Armenia.

Narek Mantashyan, president of the aforesaid NGO, noted that in the conditions of this pandemic, neighboring Georgia has developed a number of programs for its citizens, whereas Armenia has not taken any such steps. "Criminal cases will be opened, and you will answer death by death because these dead civilians are on your conscience," Mantashyan added, in particular, addressing the Armenian authorities.
