The news service of the Police of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that today the Republican Medical Center CJSC received a report stating that today at 5 a.m. a resident of Askeran region A. M. (born in 1997) was checked into the hospital with an injection of phlegma diesel fuel in his left forearm.

Doctors inspected the resident and found out that A. M. had proposed to female resident of Askeran region A. G. (born in 2001), but after the latter rejected the proposal, A. M. got emotional and, with the purpose of committing suicide, on the same day at around 2 a.m., injected nearly 5 milligrams of diesel fuel through an injector on a street in Stepnakert and left for the Khramort village of Askeran region from where he was transferred to Republican Medical Center in an ambulance truck since his health condition had worsened.

A forensic medical expert examination has been designated.
