Based on the new decision of the Commandant for the state of emergency in Armenia, wearing a face mask won’t be mandatory for Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Speaker of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan, President Armen Sarkissian, the Catholicos of All Armenians and several other officials in certain cases.
