As reported the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), during a consultation, among other issues, within the scope of which current and future all-army actions were touched upon, the army’s command was introduced to the orders of the defense minister, according to which Military Commissar of Artsakh, Colonel Mkhitar Avsharyan has been dismissed from his post in order to be appointed to another position in the Ministry of Defense, and Colonel Sergey Arstamyan has been appointed to the position of Military Commissar of Artsakh and dismissed from the post of Head of the Division for Social Protection at the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh.

The defense minister expressed gratitude to Colonel Avsharyan for the effective service and expressed confidence that, under Colonel Arstamyan’s leadership, there will be new successes in the years to come.
