Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan on Saturday received Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan of Armenia.

Matters related to army building were discussed at the meeting, which was also attended by Karabakh Defense Minister and Defense Army Commander Jalal Harutyunyan, and Armenia Military Police Chief Ashot Zakaryan.

Both sides underscored the cooperation between Artsakh and Armenia in defense, as a key precondition for maintaining stability and peace in the region.
