Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan. This is stated on the official website of the Kremlin.
"During the telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated the former President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan on his birthday. A congratulatory telegram was sent to Robert Kocharyan," the statement reads.
