On the occasion of Independence Day of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan has sent a congratulatory message to Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh Artur Tovmasyan.

The congratulatory message reads as follows:

“Dear Mr. Tovmasyan,

On behalf of the National Assembly of Armenia and myself, I convey my warm congratulatory remarks and kind wishes to you and all the Armenians of Artsakh on the occasion of Independence Day.

I proudly follow the course of reforms and development in Artsakh, and the international community is also closely following the reforms and development.

Through our joint efforts and hard work, we will implement our pan-national goals and programs and achieve great success in domestic and foreign policies for the benefit of our two Armenian states and for the unity of the Armenian people.

We respect the memory of the brave Armenians who fell on the path to shaping the independence of Armenia spanning 29 years.
