Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian on Wednesday had a telephone conversation with President Arayik Haroutyunyan of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

During the talk, Sarkissian once again congratulated Haroutyunyan and all the people of Artsakh on the 29th anniversary of Artsakh's declaration of independence, and wished them peace, prosperity, and unshakable faith in the future.
