Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Turkey Jeyhun Bayramov and Mevlut Cavusoglu have held phone talks, as reported the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to APA.
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs added that the ministers exchanged views on regional issues and bilateral ties.
