Human rights activist Ruben Melikyan today posted the following on his Facebook page:
“The shameful bill on ‘lockdown’ was adopted. Today a person with a good name and last name and not too good deeds claimed that the word ‘lockdown’ is not essential and that the word could have been replaced with, say, ‘miracle’.
But why ‘miracle’? To be honest, you could have written the words ‘regime to oversee political processes’ instead of ‘lockdown’…What ‘miracle’?”
