According to a new decision by the commandant of the current coronavirus-related state of emergency in Armenia, new—and in some cases revised—safety rules have been established in the country for the domains that are allowed to operate during the state of emergency.

Due to some easing of restrictions, libraries, museums, informal and continued education—in a number of areas, the cultural sphere—including theatrical performances, concerts, and film screenings—have also begun functioning again, and the oversight of the safety rules specified for them has also been left to the healthcare and labor inspectorate.
