The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has issued a statement stating the following:

“Taking into consideration the fact that the restrictions on entry into and exit from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have been lifted upon the decision of the Commandant, we deem it necessary to inform that all the restrictions in regard to the pandemic remain in effect at military units of the Defense Army; in particular, meetings with servicemen, as well as all types of leaves and releases are prohibited.

We ask for the understanding of the families of servicemen. If there are any changes, the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh will provide further information.”
