Fourteen young students of Armenia will continue their education at the top universities abroad through the My Step Foundation and were granted their scholarship certificates for the 2020-21 Academic Year during a ceremony held at the culture home in Oshakan and attended by the wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, chairperson of the Boards of Trustees of the My Step and City of Smile charitable foundations Anna Hakobyan; Executive Director of the My Step Foundation Hovhannes Ghazaryan and deputy of the My Step faction of the National Assembly Vahagn Tevosyan.

Kristina Hakobyan, who will be studying to obtain a Master’s Degree in Epidemiology at the University of London, said the path to making her dream come true wasn’t easy, but she is glad to state that she has succeeded.

In her speech, Kristina stated that she and the rest of the recipients of the scholarships are going to study abroad and return to Armenia to bring change to the country. She also spoke on behalf of herself and all of the recipients and thanked the My Step Foundation for providing them with the opportunity to study at the top universities in the world and for supporting them throughout the whole process.
