The court of general jurisdiction of Kotayk Province of Armenia has acquitted former director of the municipal polyclinic of Byureghavan Armen Mosikyan, who was charged with theft through embezzlement acting in conspiracy, as reported Mosikyan’s attorney, head of HVH Law Firm Vahan Hovhannisyan.

The criminal case regarding Armen Mosikyan and the endocrinologist of the polyclinic was examined by the court for two years.

According to the preliminary investigation body, endocrinologist Marine Baghdasaryan was charged with theft through embezzlement acting in conspiracy with former director of the polyclinic Armen Mosikyan. The former director was also charged with abuse of official powers.
