Nine-year-old Valter Martirosyan, a resident of Geghakert village of Armenia’s Armavir Province, is in need of medical treatment since he suffers from cerebral palsy, and according to his mother, his condition is worsening.

“We sent his medical documents to Moscow where doctors promised to provide the child with treatment and get him back on his feet. We need 400,000 rubles since the doctors at the hospital told us the treatment will cost that much. My child’s condition is getting worse, especially after the surgery. He needs rehabilitative treatment,” the child’s mother said.

Valter can’t walk.
