Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met in Cairo with representatives of the Armenian community of the country.

Mnatsakanyan highly appreciated the contribution of the Armenian community to the preservation of national identity and cultural and historical heritage. During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the priorities of Yerevan's foreign policy, modern challenges, and ways to overcome them.

In the context of developing cooperation between Armenia and Egypt, Mnatsakanyan stressed the important role of the Armenian community in the interaction of the two friendly countries and peoples.
