During a meeting with President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin declared that Russia will grant a $1,500,000,000 state loan to Belarus, TASS reports.
“We agreed that Russia will grant a $1,500,000,000 state loan to Belarus at this difficult moment, and Russia will implement this. As far as I know, Russian ministers are working on this professionally,” the Russian leader said.
