YEREVAN. – At the moment, the Constitutional Court is still discussing the matter of media coverage of the working session of the Constitutional Court; after that, I think, there will be a transition to the nomination of the Constitutional Court presidential candidates. Edgar Shatiryan, recently elected judge of the Court, on Thursday told this to reporters outside the Constitutional Court.
To the remark that the main “battle” for the new president of the Court will be between Constitutional Court Judges Yervand Khundkaryan and Arman Dilanyan, Shatiryan responded: "Let's not personalize the issue; theoretically, anything is possible. (…). We will see what will happen in practice. When there are nominations, self-nominations by the judges, each of the nine judges will make his own decision."
