First President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan has made the following statement:
“The imperative of the moment for the Armenian side is the following:
a. abort the military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan and end the war without territorial losses;
b. immediately resume substantive, not formal negotiations over the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in the format of the Minsk Group Co-Chairs at the initiative of Russia.”
