Azerbaijan is preparing ground for provocation. Shushan Stepanyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, wrote about this on her Facebook page.
“The Azerbaijani side, with no single piece of evidence, now declares that the Armed Forces of Armenia have allegedly targeted Khizi and Absheron regions. This is another lie that explicitly proves Azerbaijan is preparing ground for provocation,” she wrote.
