In an interview to Sputnik (Ria Novosti), Syrian President Bashar Assad stated that Damascus can confirm that militants from Syria were heading to Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)], Ria Novosti reported.
"We definitely can confirm it, not because we have evidence, but sometimes if you don't have evidence you have indicators," the Syrian president added when asked whether he can confirm that the terrorists of the groups fighting in Syria were moving to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict zone.
