The situation in Artsakh continues to be stable and tense. Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), on Tuesday wrote about this on Facebook.
“The [Artsakh] Defense Army causes new losses in all directions to the terrorist military units of the enemy; we have some [combat] positional success,” Poghosyan added.
