The Caucasus Talks platform has released an open letter urging to reject militarist positions and seek pathways to build peace.
The letter is signed by dozens of representatives of Armenian, Azerbaijan and Turkish intelligentsias, including deputy of the pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic Party of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Garo Paylan.
