President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan wrote the following on his Facebook page:

“Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, the commanders of the army and I discussed the created operative situation and the plan for elimination of a new hotbed for terrorism. This is an extreme challenge imposed on us, and we have accepted the challenge only with the disposition to overcome it.”
