Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the Russian Federation calls for a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) as soon as possible.
"But in any case, we call, and I want to say once again, we call for a ceasefire, and it must be done as soon as possible," he said in an interview with Russia 24 television.
