Russia is conducting a dialogue for a settlement in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, RIA Novosti reported.
"The dialogue continues at various levels, including the highest. I cannot say anything more," Peskov added, speaking to reporters.
