I officially announce that the bodies of the deceased will only be dislocated in the presence of representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross. This is what representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan told reporters today.

“After the establishment of ceasefire, as it is clearly stated in the statement of the foreign ministers, it was allowed to approach one of the sections of the Defense Army and take a few dead bodies, but after that, the process was terminated since the troops were taking advantage of this to make provocations. This is why we officially declare that from now on, such cases will only be allowed in the presence of representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross,” he said.
