Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov held phone talks with his Azerbaijani and Armenian counterparts Jeyhun Bayramov and Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, as reported RIA Novosti, citing the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
